Straight, backless, benches are a great way to seat more people at a table!  Especially children!  Even adults don’t mind sitting on a bench for a meal as long as they don’t have to sit too long!  You can even use the bench, away from the table, as an accent piece in an entry or hallway for slipping those boots off and on!
