How Do I Change my Username and Password
Your username is part of your account Profile. To change your username simply log in to our website by clicking the "Login" button at the top right of the screen. After logging in, select the "My Profile" icon. Then, simply enter your desired user name and hit the "Save" button at the button of the page. The user name will take effect as soon as you log off.
User passwords are NOT accessible via the website, for obvious security reasons. A user can only change their password by calling our customer service staff at 800-933-0053.
