Shipping Methods

Our goal is to find the most cost effective and carefree way to deliver the products to our customers. Shipping methods shown for items are the default method of shipping a single item. Our shipping engine may upgrade the shipping method for orders with multiple items. Shipping charges may be calculated by adding an item to the shopping cart and pressing the calculate button.

UPS Deliveries Parcel items will ship via UPS, doorstep service is usually available. The carrier will not notify the customer prior to delivery. All items under 100 lbs that are not oversized will ship via UPS if possible.

Truck Deliveries Common carrier truck deliveries are performed by one of our many trucking companies using a 20 to 40 foot trailer truck. This service is a "Tailgate Delivery". The driver will move the items to the back of the truck. At that point you will need someone to move them into your building or residence. Make sure you have someone who can help with this, if not call us for details on how to upgrade to inside delivery. A signature is required at the time of delivery. Ready-to-Assemble furniture, items over 100 pounds, and non-UPS-able orders will be shipped via common carrier. Occasionally, fully assembled furniture may ship common carrier if the packaging allows. Common carrier deliveries are only performed Monday through Friday. An appointment by telephone can be added to the order but will delay the shipment while you are being contacted. This notification before delivery service will be offered to you during the check out process.

Inside Delivery Our top of the line service is offered through home delivery professionals that specialize in room of choice placement. We use their services to deliver the product into your home or office. The cost of this service is approximately 45% higher than that of common carriers and will be calculated when you select this option. Furniture dollies, blankets protecting your furniture and light assembly are often part of this service. Your order will be pre-scheduled for delivery prior to arriving at your location.

Our Shipping Policy All deliveries are 100% insured. If any items are missing or damaged, we will replace them at no cost to the customer. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or shipment, be sure to note the number of cartons damaged on your delivery slip prior to signing for delivery. Also, you must contact our customer service staff at 800-407-8273 to report the damages, or submit a damage claim accessible via the online Customer Support form. This will ensure expedited attention to your replacement order.
